1:1 AND 2:1 PERSONAL TRAINING

Lets talk about what you can expect. After your consultation, we will start by designing an individualized program tailored to your specific needs and honoring your limitations. This one-on-one personal training session will be an intense 45 minutes to one hour in length. With your health and wellness in mind. You will be taught proper exercise techniques and will be educated on how our exercise principles and your prescribed exercise program will help you toward your goals.

CORRECTIVE EXCERCISE TRAINING

Corrective exercise by definition, is any exercise planned and performed to attain a specific physical benefit, such as maintaining of range of motion, strengthening weakened muscles, increasing joint flexibility or improving cardiovascular and respiratory function. Every exercise program should include a variation of these components for injury prevention and/or injury recovery.

H.I.I.T. BOOT CAMP

Birmingham Ultimate Fitness offers the “Ultimate” in H.I.I.T. These are small group boot camps. Designed with the purpose of burning calories and melting fat but not at the expense of losing muscle. Your muscle is what drives your metabolism. Many “cardio” specific programs will help you lose weight but some of that weight is your much needed muscle. Without the muscle your metabolism will will stahl out.

WOMEN SPECIFIC TRAINING

A common misconception is that lifting weights will cause you to become too bulky or over muscular. Really, that couldn’t be further from the truth. The women that you see who look like that eat train and supplement aggressively to achieve that “bodybuilder” look. A proper weight lifting routine could be the missing link you have been looking for to get you to where you want to be. For many it is the missing link to sufficient weight Loss.

SENIOR SPECIFIC TRAINING

It is time for you to retake control of your body and not let your body take control you! The aging process can reek havoc on the body. What you may not know, is that you can limit how much the aging process effects you and your body. We believe with a proper balance of our controlled and safe weight lifting principles along with a rededicated implementation of proper senior specified nutritional practices. You can alleviate many of the unfavorable down sides to your aging body.
