Your muscle is what drives your metabolism. Many “cardio” specific programs will help you lose weight but some of that weight is your much-needed muscle. Without the muscle, your metabolism will stall out.

Example: Let us say you start running. You will likely start seeing the numbers on the scale go down. problem is if you stop for whatever the reason, the weight returns, and many times people end up worse than when they started.

You may look skinny but without the muscle most can’t reach that toned physic that is strived for. Dustin and his team label this as “Skinny Fat”.
