“I started working with Anthony back in July of 2017. It was my first time working with a trainer 1 on 1 and he really made me feel comfortable with the process. I was overweight, had a poor diet and really no idea where to start. Anthony truly has the heart of a teacher. He customized workouts to help me meet the changes I wanted to make with my body. He pushed when needed and dialed back when appropriate. Over the years he’s taught me (even though I wasn’t always the best student) about nutrition and how critical it is in my health and well being. I would say that one of the best aspects about Anthony is his ability to keep things fresh with different exercises so workouts never get boring.
