At Birmingham Ultimate Fitness, we recognize that many women struggle to achieve the look they want.
It could be that you have struggled for years to lose weight or just need to tone and put a little bit of muscle on your body. Your personal trainer will provide a functional weight lifting routine that will allow you to lose weight by boosting your metabolism.
Virtual Training
Has distance or the pandemic kept you away? We offer an all in one smartphone application to help maintain your fitness goals from a far. This app will monitor your workout progression, your nutrition and your habits. providing you a three tier virtual approach for success.
We can either build you an easy to follow step by step program or do live 1:1 sessions through the app. but either way there is a real trainer on the other end helping you along the way.
